PRODUCT PORTFOLIO / TECHNICAL DATA

Material platforms and grade data

Products are classified by antistatic, hydrophilic anti-fog and easy-clean functions. Applicable grades and release specifications are defined by controlled TDS and inspection documents for the substrate, appearance, application method, cure and service environment.

ESD Antistatic Series

SEL® X86M Series

Transparent matte antistatic platform balancing appearance and charge dissipation; verify surface resistance, gloss, haze, adhesion and cleaning resistance.

NEL® 649

Transparent antistatic material for electronic packaging, plastic sheets and clear parts; key checks are electrical behavior, optical performance and substrate adhesion.

NEL® 033

A distinct transparent antistatic grade requiring comparison of substrate wetting, film formation, optical appearance and electrical retention after ageing.

NEL® W136

Waterborne transparent antistatic material for lower-solvent process evaluation; confirm drying window, adhesion and electrical behavior after heat-humidity exposure.

NFG Hydrophilic Anti-Fog Series

NFG® 119

For safety eyewear, goggles and transparent face protection; verify steam anti-fog, transmittance, adhesion and function after wiping.

NFG® 1874

A distinct grade in the transparent protection platform, selected by substrate, cure, cleaning resistance and condensation cycling.

NFG® 1667

For cycling lenses, snow goggles, swimming goggles and sports optics; confirm optical appearance, thermal-condensation response and cleaning durability.

NFG® 1833

A separate sports-optics grade to compare with NFG® 1667 by application method, initial anti-fog and retained function after cycling.

NFG® 2156

For camera optics and transparent observation parts; key checks are clarity, haze and condensation-cycle performance.

NFG® 1244

For optical components and refrigerated viewing windows; confirm low-temperature cycling, transmittance and anti-fog retention.

NFG® 4326

For refrigerated windows and condensation management; verify optical and anti-fog performance after sustained condensation, cleaner exposure and wiping.

NFG® 9337

UV-curable hydrophilic and controlled liquid-spreading material; confirm wetting, cure, adhesion and transparent appearance.

AF and ANF Easy-Clean Series

AF® SV-520

For consumer-electronics appearance parts, anodized surfaces, IML and painted parts; verify water/oil contact angle, cleanability, adhesion and appearance.

AF® SV-1005

A distinct easy-clean grade selected by application window, slip, appearance and retained function after abrasion or chemical exposure.

AF® SV-372

Hydrophobic easy-clean material evaluated through contact angle, dry abrasion and functional retention after chemical exposure.

ANF® Series

Fluorine-free easy-clean platform; functional verification and controlled-substance documentation are reviewed separately for the specified version and customer definition.

Formal specifications are governed by the approved TDS, inspection plan and agreed application conditions. Reports should identify the substrate, pretreatment, dry film thickness, cure, conditioning environment and test method.

VERIFICATION FRAMEWORK

Technical verification and specification structure

The matrix identifies representative platform capability, standard methods, mandatory report conditions and the applicable release basis. Formal grade values are governed by controlled TDS, inspection specifications, COA or an approved finished-product report.
